My name is Anna Stolz and this is my experiment. I post food I make, wish to try, and dream of making.

Stuffed Cabbage. Apparently stuffed cabbag usually comes with a tomato sauce but this just called for a browned butter and I think it tasted great the way it was. And so ends my queue of the foods I made/ate this spring break.
I don’t know when you sent this (I am guessing a LOOONNNG time ago) but thanks! I want to try mangosteen more than anything.
I tried this recipe for pork chops and it is insane how easy it was seeing how great it turned out. Definitely will be using this again.
I may have a slight obsession with Ramune. Peach, Cola, Original, and Lychee flavored. The Lychee is becoming my favourite.
Beef Bourguignon! I had never tried it before so I had nothing to compare it to but I thought it was delicious.
These may look like ordinary chocolate chip cookies. But! I used Andes candies pieces in place of your typical chocolate chips. Needless to say they were gone in 24 hours.
Last post from the food truck rally. The right popsicle was my sisters and she got the Chocolate Elvis and I got the Strawberry Balsamic. Both were really good!
Another thing I tried at the food truck rally: aranchini. I would have liked it better if there was less blue cheese in it but I still liked them!
I tried kimchi last Saturday! There was a food truck rally in Saftey Harbor and there were about fourteen trucks! I have always wanted to try kimchi but I didn’t want to have to buy a whole jar and not like it or something. So when I saw a Korean truck I knew I would finally be able to try it. I don’t love it but I hate it. Which is what I figured I would feel about it.
My roommate, Bridgit, made homemade soft pretzels for us all last week. I may or may not have had four…
There is a great farmer market literally two blocks from the dorms and my roommate(s) and I try to go every Saturday. The second time we went I tried Ethiopian food. Note to anyone who hasn’t tried their food: do not eat the flat bread plain. That is what I did when we were walking back to campus and it is doused in vinegar and in turn is very sour/salty. When you use it as a utensil for eating the other dishes it is great because some of their dishes can be bland. There is a pumpkin curry, a collard greens dish, three lentil dishes, and a cabbage dish, plus the flat bread in the photo.
I would definitely eat this again.
